PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.1953 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 and relax the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.1677 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1044 of 2018 dated 03.11.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to set aside the order in Crl.M.P.No.1953 of 2018 dated 10.12.2018 and relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.1677 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1044 of 2018 dated 03.11.2018 on the file of the Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur.

2. The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, in Crl.M.P.No.1044 of 2018 dated 04.07.2018, had imposed certain conditions, one of the condition is that the petitioner should appear before the Judicial Magistrate No-I, Tiruppur, daily once at 10.30 a.m. Subsequently, it was discussed by the learned Principal Sessions Judge, Tiruppur, vide order dated 03.11.2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1677 of 2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1044 of 2018, the petitioner shall report before the Office of the "Q" Branch CID, Coimbatore District, daily once at 10.30 a.m, until further orders. Thereafter the petitioner filed relaxation petition in Crl.M.P.No.1953 of 2018 in Cr.M.P.No.1677 of 2018, which was dismissed, against the same, the petitioner has filed this https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is complying the condition from 03.11.2018 to till date. Hence, the petitioner has come forward with the present petition seeking modification of the said condition.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that petitioner is complying the condition from 03.11.2018 to till date.

5. Considering the same, the condition imposed by learned Principal Sessions Court, Tiruppur, in Crl.M.P.No.1677 of 2018 in Crl.M.P.No.1044 of 2018 dated 03.11.2018, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Office of the "Q" Branch CID, Coimbatore District, at 10.30 a.m. on Monday every week.
