ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para No.4(b) of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.30160 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024 that the petitioner shall stay at Chennai and report before the Inspector of Police, K4 Anna Nagar Police Station everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders on the file of this Court.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vanur, Villupuram.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 4(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.30160 of 2024 dated 03.12.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Vanur, Villupuram on 04.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
