This writ petition has been filed, seeking for a limited relief. The petitioner seeks for early disposal of the revision petition filed by him before the second respondent on 21.05.2024. Till date, counter has not been filed by the respondents.

2. No prejudice would be caused to the respondents, if the petitioner's revision petition dated 21.05.2024 is directed to be disposed of by the second respondent within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

3. This Court is not expressing any opinion on the merits of the petitioner's revision petition dated 21.05.2024 pending before the second respondent.

4. For the foregoing reasons, this writ petition is disposed of by directing the second respondent to pass final orders on merits and in accordance with law on the petitioner's revision petition dated 21.05.2024 within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
