Today, when the matter taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this Civil Revision Petition, and a liberty may be granted to file a petition for rejection of plaint before the Wakf Tribunal. He has also made endorsement to that effect. In view of the submission and endorsement made by the learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with a liberty to move an appropriate application before the Wakf Tribunal, if he is so adviced. No costs.
