(CRIME NO.O4/2020) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in Crl.OP. No. 15454/2021 dated 06.09.2021 on Condition that the petitioner appear before the respondent police District Crime Branch, Kancheepuram, daily at 10.30. am until further orders and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A.VIJAY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOKULAKRISHNAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.15454 of 2021 on 06.09.2021.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3.Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police monthly once i.e., on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m.,until further orders.
