The petitioner has filed the above Writ Petition to issue a writ of mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 04.02.2017 sent by the petitioner seeking to direct the 2nd respondent to survey and fix the boundary for the property situate at S.No.243/4 (Old S.No.165/1), Kumarapalayam Taluk, Papampalayam Village, Namakkal District bearing Patta No.187.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that inspite of the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2017 to fix the boundaries of his property, the 2nd respondent has not fixed the boundaries so far. 3.Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned Special Government Pleader taking notice for the respondents submitted that the 2nd respondent may be directed to consider the petitioner's request and pass orders in accordance with law. 4.Having regard to the submissions made by the learned counsel on either side, taking into consideration the limited prayer sought for in the Writ Petition, without expressing any https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

opinion with regard to the merits of the case, I direct the 2nd respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 04.02.2017 to survey and fix the boundaries of his property in accordance with law within eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With these observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
