This Criminal Revision Case is filed against the order dated 10.08.2017 passed in D.V.A.No.5/2011 by the learned Judicial Magistrate I, Pollachi, in exercise of powers of under Sections 12, 18(a), 19, 20, 22 and 23 of The Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and this Revision Case shall stand dismissed as not maintainable, in view of Section 29 providing for an appeal there against. It will now be open to the petitioners to prefer an appeal before appropriate Court and https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
in considering the delay in filing the same, such Court shall take into consideration the position that the delay was occasioned also owing to the pendency of the present revision before this Court.
