When the matter is taken up today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that due to the trifurcation of Chennai Commissionerate, the case in Cr.No.59 of 2021 pending investigation on the file of the respondent has been transferred to the Inspector of Police, CCB, Tambaram, (Tambaram Commissionerate).

2. In view of the above, a direction is issued to the Inspector of Police, CCB, Tambaram, (Tambaram Commissionerate) to complete the investigation in Cr.No.59 of 2021 which has been transferred to his file and file a final report as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
