2. Heard Mr. N.Selvarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and Mr. N.Umapathi, learned counsel appearing for the respondent.

3. It is stated that the counsel for the petitioner was not present during hearing of the above second due to his illness. This Court is satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition.

4. Accordingly, the Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered and the second appeal in S.A. No.986 of 2021 is restored on file.
