ORDER

The present petition has been filed seeking to relax a condition imposed on the petitioner in para No.7(b) in the order of this court dated 05.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.27457 of 2024, to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Additional Mahila Court, Kallakurichi, on all working days at 10.30 a.m., till filing of charge sheet and thereafter, on the date of hearing fixed by the trial Judge.

2. Almost regular compliance of the condition has been conceded by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side). He would further submit that the investigation is still pending.

3. In view of the same, the said condition is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, on first Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
