: Mr.K.Karthikeyan Government Advocate COMMON ORDER These Writ Petitions have been filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the representation made by the petitioners dated 05.03.2022 based on the direction issued by the first respondent dated 02.05.2022. 2/6

2. It is the case of the petitioners that based on the objection sent by the HR & CE Department to the effect that the subject properties are Temple properties, the Sub Registrar did not register their documents. According to the petitioners the subject properties are private properties and they made representations dated 05.03.2022 to cancel the objection and register their documents. Though the Commissioner has directed the Joint Commissioner to decide the issue as per law, no action has been taken so far. Hence, the present Writ Petition.

3. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will consider the representation of the petitioner as per law.

4. Considering the limited scope of the prayer sought for in these Writ Petitions, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, directs the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioners dated 05.03.2022 and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above directions these Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
