Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying this Court to issue a writ of mandamus, directing the second respondent herein to consider and dispose the petitioner's representation, dated 03.03.2015 and reminder representations, dated 04.07.2016 and 06.01.2017 and provide electricity connection in respect of the petitioner's agricultural land bearing S.No.141/2A and 192/4, which is situated in the Sathapaddi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District. O R D E R

Mr.N.Sengottuvel, claiming to be an agriculturist and having agricultural land in S.Nos.141/2A and 192/4 situated in Sathapaddi Village, Attur Taluk, Salem District has given a representation on 03.03.2015 followed by reminders on 04.07.2016 and 06.01.2017 to respondents 2 and 3 seeking free agricultural service connection, as he was struggling to cultivate his agricultural land without sufficient water connection. As the said representation followed by reminders were not considered positively by the respondents, he has come to this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. Mr.S.K.Raameshwar, learned counsel appearing for the respondent taking notice sought for reasonable time to consider pending representations. This Court therefore grants four weeks time directing the respondents 2 to 3 to dispose of the said representation of the petitioner, dated 03.03.2015 followed by reminders on 04.07.2016 and 06.01.2017 on merits.

3. The writ petition is disposed of with the above direction. No costs.
