The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, through Video-Conferencing, made a submission that in spite of the effort taken by him, he could not able to secure instructions to proceed with the writ petition from the petitioner. Thus, the learned counsel for the petitioner reported no instructions. Consequently, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
