Writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records of order of the 1 st Respondent bearing proceedings in Se.Mu.A.No.4349/15/E dated 28.12.2015, which conform the order of the 2 nd Respondent bearing proceedings in Na.Ka.No.RV.03/07/ (635) 2015 dated 30.05.2015 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to reinstate the petitioner into service.
