This petition having been posted this day for being mentioned pursuant to the order of this Court dated 10.01.2019 and made herein and in the presence of M/S.M.L.RAMESH Advocate, for the petitioner and of M/S M.MOHAMED RIYAZ, ADDITIONAL PUBLIC PROSECUTOR Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the respondent, the Court made the following order:- Today, this matter is listed under the caption "for being mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that he has mentioned the Crime Number wrongly in the petition in Crl.O.P.No.834 of 2019, seeking Anticipatory bail and accordingly the mistake has been crept in, in the order dated 10.01.2019. Hence the same has to be corrected.

This Court is of the view that the petitioner has to file an appropriate petition seeking for amendment. Therefore, no further order is required in the present petition.
