ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners, who apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence under Section 420 of IPC, in Crime No.6 of 2017 on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioners are father and son. The second petitioner is a retired police officer. The petitioners collected Rs.14,50,000/- from the defacto complainant for securing Government job. But, later the petitioners neither secured job nor repaid the money to the defacto complainant. Hence, the complaint has been lodged by the defacto complainant against the petitioners before the respondent police. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners without disclosing that they have already been granted anticipatory bail in Crl.O.P.No.16115 of 2018 dated 20.08.2018 and without complying with the conditions imposed in the earlier order have come forward with the second anticipatory bail petition.

Considering the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, I am inclined to extend the time for executing security and complying condition within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order on condition of payment of cost of Rs.1,000/- to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, High Court, Madras, failing which anticipatory bail granted by this Court shall stand vacates automatically without any further reference.

Accordingly, this petition is disposed of.
