No CMWSSB/AREA-II/Depot-15/Spl/20-21 dated 23.12.2020 duly issued by the Assistant Engineer, Depot-15/Area 11, the 2nd Respondent herein claiming that metro water connection can be given only on production of the No objection Certificate from the Corporation of Chennai and quash the same and direct the Respondents to extend metro water connection to the petitioner's premises namely Plot No 5, MIG Type, Block No 39, Manali New town, Chennai-600 103 comprised in S.No 295 part and 296 situated

at S.No.295 part and 296 situated at Edayanchavadi village, Ponneri Taluk, Tiruvallur district.
