Vinoth v. State Rep By
Crl.O.P.No.535 of 2024 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J.
The petitioner/A3 in Crime No.149 of 2023, registered by the respondent police for the offence under Sections 450, 342, 307 r/w 34 of IPC, seeks bail. The petitioner had been remanded to custody on 23.12.2023. 2.It is stated that A1, A2 and A3 had trespassed into the house of the defacto complainant and the petitioner herein had held the hands of the defacto complainant and A1 had tried to cut him with Veechu Aruval (Bill hook). When it was prevented, the defacto complainant suffered injuries in his left hand. 3.The learned Public Prosecutor, Union Territory of Puducherry, for the respondent placed strong objection to grant of bail. 4.In view of all these facts, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. 11.01.2024 ata 1/2 https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
