It is stated that the petitioner had been detained under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 on 15.11.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner stated that an Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed questioning such detention order.

3.This Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with liberty to file a fresh petition, if there is any change in circumstance.
