O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking to direct the second respondent to cancel the selection of fourth respondent as dealer of IOCL in S.No.206/1, Mangal Koot Road, Narasamangalam Village, Cheyyar Taluk, Tiruvannamalai District. 2.

Since there is no representation for the petitioner, on 22.01.2019 this Court directed the Registry to post the matter 'for dismissal' on 23.01.2019. Today also, when the matter is taken up for hearing and when the Writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal' none appeared on behalf of the petitioner.

3. Therefore, the Writ petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed. No costs.
