This criminal original petition has been filed to call for the records relating to the Final Report dated 22.04.2013 in C.C.No.100 of 2013 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Dharmapuri and quash the same.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of this petition, the case in C.C.No.100 of 2013 has been ended in acquittal and hence nothing survives in this petition.
