(Order of the Court was made by S.VIMALA,J.,) Today, when the matter is called, the detenu has been produced before this Court. She would state that the marriage between the petitioner and herself on 04.04.2018 is true, but on change of mind, she wanted to continue her studies and she wanted to reside with her parents. The parents, who are present before this Court, also enquired. have no objection for the petitioner/husband to visit his wife at home.
