Side) For Respondent 2 : Mr.P.R.Murugan Raja (Government Advocate for R2) COMMON ORDER (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.640 of 2022 was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.12.2021 for the offences under Sections 417, 419, 465, 467, 468 & 471 IPC read with 34 of IPC, in Crime No. 122 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

The petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.661 of 2022, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 07.12.2021 for the offences under Sections 34, 417, 419, 465, 467, 468 & 471 IPC, in Crime No. 122 of 2021, on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. It is reported that the in direction of this Court to cancel the document after conducting due enquiry, the Sub Registrar, Pallavaram has filed a report.

3. Interim Bail granted by this Court vide Order dated 28.01.2022, is made absolute subject to the following conditions: (a) the petitioners shall execute separate bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Tambaram; (b) the sureties shall affix their photographs and Left Thumb Impression in the surety bond and the learned Magistrate may obtain a copy of their Aadhar Card or Bank Pass Book to ensure their identity;

(d) the petitioners shall not tamper with evidence or witness either during investigation or trial; (e) on breach of any of the aforesaid conditions, the learned Judicial Magistrate/Trial Court is entitled to take appropriate action against the petitioner in accordance with law as if the conditions have been imposed and the petitioner released on bail by the learned Magistrate/Trial Court himself as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in P.K.Shaji vs. State of Kerala [(2005)AIR SCW 5560]; (f) if the accused thereafter absconds, a fresh FIR can be registered under Section 229A IPC.
