Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus calling for the entire records connected with the order of the second respondent herein in Memo No.414/BCDFGISSSV/2015 dated 30.05.2015 against the detenu namely Rajesh, son of Thombura aged about 25 years who is confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondents herein to produce the body and person of the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty forthwith.

[Order of the Court was made by S.TAMILVANAN, J.] Petitioner, who is the detenu, has come forward with this petition challenging the detention order passed by the second respondent dated 30.05.2015 against him, branding him as a "Goonda" under the Tamil Nadu Prevention of Dangerous Activities of Bootleggers, Drug Offenders, Forest Offenders, Goondas, Immoral Traffic Offenders, Sand Offenders, Slum Grabbers and Video Pirates Act, 1982 [Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982].

2. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the petitioner dated 30.05.2015 in Memo No.414/BCDFGISSSV/2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.4491, Home, Prohibition and Excise (X) Department, dated 22.07.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.
In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
