Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 and the learned counsel for the respondent No. 3.

2. Though the petitioner sought for a larger prayer, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice, if the pending application dated 25.04.2015 is directed to be disposed of by the respondent No. 2, in the same manner as the civil suit filed by a third party has been disposed of.

3. Considering the submissions made by the the counsel for the parties and without going into the merits of the case, the respondent No. 2 is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the pending application of the petitioner dated 25.04.2015, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order. While doing so, it is open to the respondent No. 2 to hear any third party, if so required.

4. With the above direction the present writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
