Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records pertaining to the order passed by the fourth respondent in charge memo in Na.Ka.No.146/2017 dated 30.11.2017 and the order of suspension in Na.Ka.No.146(2)/ 2017 dated 14.12.2017 and quash the same and direct the respondents to confer all the consequential benefits to the petitioner.

O R D E R

The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the fourth respondent School made a submission that the impugned charge memo issued to the writ petitioner in proceedings Na.Ka.No.146/2017 dated 30.11.2017 had been withdrawn on account of the fact that the charges are not issued as per the procedures prescribed by the Government. Further, the School has to issue a fresh charge memo in accordance with the procedures contemplated.

2. In view of the fact that the impugned charge memo had already been withdrawn by the School Management, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition at present.

3. Accordingly, the writ petition stands closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
