This petition has been filed to relax the bail conditions in Para No.7(b) imposed in Crl.O.P.No.27671 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.27671 of 2024 dated 05.11.2024 is

modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 06.30 p.m until further orders.
