ORDER
This Contempt Petition is filed owing to non-compliance of the order of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24115 of 2021, dated 06.01.2022, wherein this Court directed the respondent to file a final report in Crime No.196 of 2021 within the stipulated period.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that despite specific direction of this Court in Crl.O.P.No.24115 of 2021, dated 06.01.2022, no final report filed. Hence, the petitioner sent pre-contempt notice, dated 22.10.2022 to the respondent Police and thereafter to, no action has been taken.
3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police submitted that in this case, the investigation completed and charge sheet filed on 07.03.2023 before the learned V Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai for offence under Section 415 r/w 420 of IPC against four persons Chithra, Mathavan, Srinivasan, Vijayakumar and Sridhar listing six witnesses (LW1 to LW6) and documents and the same was received in S.R.No.13809 of 2023. He further submitted that the trial could be completed within stipulated period since there are only six witnesses on the side of the prosecution.
4.Since the order of this Court, dated 06.01.2022 in Crl.O.P.No.24115 of 2021 is complied with, no further action is required in this Contempt Petition and the same is closed. 10.03.2023 vv2 Page No.2 of 4
