This application has been filed under Section 29A of the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, seeking for extension of mandate of the Arbitral Tribunal for a further period of four months to render the final award.

2. Heard learned counsel for the applicant.

3. It is brought to the notice of this Court that the arguments are completed and what remains is only passing of the final award by the Arbitral Tribunal. In view of the same, this Court is inclined to extend the mandate of the Tribunal for a further period of three months.
