2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor and perused the materials placed on record.
3. In the opinion of this Court, the petitioner has got remedies under the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, if a complaint is not registered by the police.
In view of the above, both these petitions are closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies in the manner known to law. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
