PRAYER:- Petition filed under Section 397 read with 401 of the Criminal Procedure Code, to call for the records on the file of the C.A.No.178 of 2017 on the file of Additional Sessions Judge, Magalir Neethi Mandram, (Fast Track Mahila Court) Erode by confirming the judgment dated 09.06.2017 made in STC No.1936 of 2011 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.1, Gobichettipalayam and set aside the Judgment rendered in Crl.A.No.178 of 2017 dated 25.01.2018.

O R D E R

The learned counsel for the respondent filed a memo, in which the respondent Mrs.R.Rajeshwari also signed. In view of the compromise arrived at between the parties, she has received as a full and final settlement of Rs.2,00,000/- as against cheque claim. The compromise memo is recorded. The conviction and sentence passed by the trial Court is set aside.

2. The Criminal Revision Case is disposed of in terms of the memorandum of compromise. The memorandum of compromise shall form part of the order.
