ORDER

This Petition has been filed seeking to modify the condition imposed in para no.7 of the order dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25953 of 2024 passed by this Hon'ble Court.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court has granted bail to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25953 of 2024 dated 15.11.2024 with a condition to execute a bond to furnish two sureties with one must be a blood surety. He https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

rna further submitted that the petitioner's relatives are very old and she does not have any other blood relatives, she was unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court and thereby, despite the bail having been granted to the petitioner on 15.11.2024. Hence, he seeks for modification of the condition.

Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify condition 5 in the orders dated 15.11.2024 in Crl.O.P.No.25953 of 2024 as, "7. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on his executing a bond for a sum of Rs.15,000/- with two sureties, each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned XI Metropolitan Magistrate, Saidapet, Chennai."

It is made clear that all other conditions remain unaltered.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
