It is contended that owing to conflicting judgment rendered by two different benches, the matter had been referred to a Larger Bench for adjudicating the issues raised in the writ petition. Therefore, this matter may be listed after the decision is rendered by the Larger Bench, which had been constituted to examine the issues.
