JUDGMENT
Despite directions given by this Court on 26.09.2018 permitting the appellant to file an application for effecting substituted service on first respondent, the appellant has not taken steps to file the said application. Subsequently, at request of learned counsel for the appellant, the matter was adjourned on 8.10.2018 and on 23.10.2018 . Since steps have not been taken to effect substituted service on the first respondent till date, the appeal is dismissed for non prosecution. No costs.
