O R D E R

The relief sought for in this writ petition is for a direction to direct the respondent to issue declarations in form 'C' as requested by the petitioner vide his letters dated 20.03.2013 and 05.04.2013.

2. The Learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondent brought to the notice of this Court that, the grievances of the writ petitioner was already considered and the order was passed by the Assistant Commissioner, Salem Town (North), Assessment Circle in proceeding dated 17.04.2013. The said order was communicated to the writ petitioner also. Thus, the case arose for the purpose of filing present writ petition became vanished and if the petitioner is still aggrieved, it is left open to him to approach the Competent Authorities in accordance with the procedures contemplated under the Statutes.

3. Accordingly the writ petition stands closed. No Costs. Consequently connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
