Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus forbearing the second respondent from interfering with the possession of the petitioner's land comprised in Survey No.6, Murungai Village, measuring to an extent of 0.41.51 hectares and consequently, direct the second respondent to adhere to the procedure to remove the encroachment after the order of the first respondent dated 26.08.2016 made in Na.Ka.No.B4/1590/2013 received by the petitioner on 31.08.2016.

[Order of the Court was made by M.SATHYANARAYANAN, J.] After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks the permission of this Court to withdraw this writ petition and also made an endorsement to that effect.

Heard the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.A.N.Thambidurai, learned special Government Pleader appearing for respondents 1 to 4.

In view of the submissions and endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
