O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed praying to direct the respondent to register a case based on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 16.10.2014 before the respondent and investigate the same according to law.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents and perused the materials placed on record.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor represents that petition enquriy was conducted and it was found that the allegation of the petitioner was false.

4. This Court, perused the Accident Register, which was relied upon by the petitioner to show that he was injured. On perusal of the Accident Register, it is seen that Government Doctor has recorded as no external injury, no head injury, no internal bleeding, etc. Hence, no positive direction can be issued in this petition and the same is dismissed.
