Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition of petitioner appear before the trial court on the first working day of every month until the disposal of the appeal in Crl.M.P.No.11614 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.589 of 2017 dated 18.09.2017 to the petitioner. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.DORAISAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR. R.SURYA PRAKASH, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Seeking to relax the condition already imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.11614 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.589 of 2017, the petitioner is before this Court with this miscellaneous petition. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and hence, the conditions may be relaxed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is regularly complying with the earlier conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No. 11614 of 2017 in Crl.A.No. 589 of 2017 dated 18.09.2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above, the condition already imposed on the petitioner by this Court is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the trial Court once in two months i.e. first working day at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.
