It is informed by Mr.Raj Thilak, learned Government Advocate that the trial had commenced in C.C.No.138 of 2015 and out of 14 witnesses, 7 witnesses have been examined as on 7.10.2021 and therefore, it would only be proper that the present petitioners continue to participate in the trial proceedings.
