This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 10(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27732 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10:30 a.m. 1/3

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is pending.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 10(c), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27732 of 2024, dated 07.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every first Saturday at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
