This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28084 of 2022 on 16.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter, on every Wednesday and Saturday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to that effect, that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police for monthly twice i.e., on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
