ORDER

The writ petition has filed by the petitioner, to call for the records on the file of the 1st Respondent in Letter No. Ma79-12 dated 08.04.2013 and quash the same. 2.A perusal of the materials available on record reveal that the petitioner has filed the petition challenging the action of the respondent in cancelling the Destitute Widow Certificate issued by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Thruchengode which subsequently led to the cancellation of appointment of the petitioner by the District Collect, Namakkal vide proceedings dated 15.09.2010. It is further evident from the records that the said proceedings is under challenge before this Court at the instance of the petitioner by filing a separate petition. When this writ petition was filed for the above relief, while ordering notice, this Court had granted https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

interim order in M.P. No.2/2013. In such view of the matter, a fresh writ petition in W.P. No.9896/2020 having been filed assailing the proceedings passed by the District Collector cancelling the appointment of the petitioner, this Court is of the considered view that this petition could be disposed of by directing the interim order to continue till the disposal of the writ petition in W.P.No.9896 of 2020.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of and the interim order passed in M.P. No.2/2013 is directed to continue till the disposal of W.P. No.9896/2020.
