This Electronic Mail, dated 18.03.2021 which reads as follows:

2.In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as settled out of Court. Registry may examine the issue of return of Court Fees since the matter has been settled also return the Court Fees in accordance with rules. It is also informed that the original documents have been to be returned to the Revision Petitioner. If necessary application is filed by the Revision Petitioner seeking return of the said documents, the Registry may return the same provided, substitutes of the said documents are provided. 3.Recording the said Electronic mail as forwarded by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Civil Revision Petition stands dismissed as settled out of Court.
