Respondents This Habeas Corpus Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus to call for the entire records pertaining to the detention order passed by second respondent in Memo No.435/BCDFGISSSV/2015 dated 08.06.2015 against the detenu Murugan @ Theechatti Murugan, aged about 34 years and consequently, direct the respondents to produce the detenu before this Court and set him at liberty from the Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai.

[Order of the Court was made by C.T.SELVAM, J.] Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, Murugan @ Theechatti Murugan, who has been branded as "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of second respondent passed in Memo No.435/BCDFGISSSV/2015 dated 08.06.2015. Such order is under challenge herein.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor, would submit that the detention order passed against the husband of the petitioner dated 08.06.2015 in Memo No.435/BCDFGISSSV/2015 on the file of the second respondent is revoked on the opinion expressed by the Advisory Board by the Government of India in G.O.Rt.No.4502, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XIII) Department, dated 22.07.2015 and produced a copy of the said order.

In view of the above, this petition is closed as it has become infructuous.
