Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to grant the permission to run the movable bunk shop established at "A" Road, opposite to TANFED (Refrigeration Godown) E.V.R Vegetable Market, Koyambedu or otherwise allot a bunk shop to the petitioner in the same location as per the Rules of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA).

ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to grant the permission to run the movable bunk shop established at "A" Road, opposite to TANFED (Refrigeration Godown) E.V.R Vegetable Market, Koyambedu or otherwise allot a bunk shop to the petitioner in the same location as per the Rules of Chennai Metropolitan Development Authority (CMDA).
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
3. Without knowing the present status, the representation submitted by the petitioner cannot be considered. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit a fresh application in accordance with law before the authority concerned.
4. With the above direction, this writ petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
