ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent police not to harass the petitioners on the guise of enquiry.

The learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that the petitioners have committed any offence, but the second respondent is unnecessarily calling the petitioners under the guise of enquiry and harassing them. 3.
The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has submitted that an FIR was registered in Crime No.16 of 2019 on the file of second respondent police for the offence under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC and in the said FIR, though the name of the petitioners not mentioned, the investigation reveals that the petitioners also involved in the aforesaid crime. For the investigation purpose, the petitioners have to be arrested and hence, this petition is not maintainable. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
4. Recording the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court does not find any merits in this petition and it is liable to be dismissed.
