ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on all working days at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26352 of 2024 by an order dated 24.10.2022 passed by this Court.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has not been regularly complying with the condition imposed by this Court.
