..Respondents Common Prayer : The Contempt Petition is filed under Section 11 of the Contempt of Courts Act to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2022 made in W.P.No. 26585 of 2022.

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR,J.] These contempt petitions are filed to punish the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order dated 10.10.2022 made in W.P.No. 26585 of 2022.

2. Counter affidavit has been filed by the Tahsildar, Dharapuram/4th respondent stating that pursuant to the order of this Court, the Zonal Deputy Tahsildar, Dharapuram had conducted detailed inspection in the property in Town Survey No. 49, 51, 52/1 and 52/2 and submitted a report stating that there is no encroachment in the said premises. It is further stated in the counter affidavit that in the Writ Appeal in W.A.No.801 of 2012 filed by the C.S.I. Hospital Administration, Dharapuram, the Hon'ble Division Bench of this Court has ordered Status Quo to be maintained.

3. In view of the above statement made by the respondents in the counter affidavit, the Contempt Petition stands closed. Liberty is granted to the petitioner to seek remedy before the appropriate Forum , if so advised.
