This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26356 of 2024, dated 24.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is yet to be filed before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26356 of 2024, dated 24.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned XIII Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, Chennai on 30.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
