This matter has been brought before this Court for seeking modification of an order passed on 01.11.2017 in W.P.No.10090 of 2017, stating that three students who had not produced the Provisional Certificate were not issued with National Trade Certificate, though they had already underwent the course. 2.Heard Mr.S.Kamadevan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.G.Karthikeyan, learned Assistant Solicitor General appearing for the 1st respondent and Mr.T.M.Pappaiah, learned Special Government Pleader for the 2nd respondent. There is no dispute with regard to the fact that eight students underwent the course including the three students who had not produced the Provisional Certificate. This Court by order dated 01.11.

2017, directed the 1st and 2nd respondents to issue National Trade Certificate to the students who had produced Provisional Certificate. The said order is modified directing the 2nd respondent to issue National Trade Certificate not only to the students who produced Provisional Certificate but also to the three students who had not produced Provisional Certificate, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 30.09.2019 sai Note: Registry is directed to carry out the aforesaid modification and issue fresh order copy.
